Walter Homegood, MA

Archaeologist, Field Director

Walter has been working in cultural resource management in British Columbia since 2014 and is a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA no. 5360) as well as a Northwest Coast field director. He holds a BA and MA in Archaeology from Simon Fraser University. Walter is a PhD candidate and sessional instructor in the University of Victoria's School of Environmental Studies where he is conducting research on the use of cumulative effects assessment frameworks in heritage management. Outside of his work and studies as an Archaeologist, Walter is an avid trail runner and skier. He is based on Vancouver Island.
